    Included with breakfast or dinner

    Traditional Huila tamale artisanally made with corn dough, chicken, pork, carrot, peas and rice, wrapped in banana leaf and steam-cooked. Served with arepa and hot chocolate.

    Complimentary with the plans

    Traditional Huila beverage made with fresh sugarcane juice. Fermented guarapo is part of the ancestral gastronomy of the region. Fresh unfermented cane juice also available.
